Demolition and removal services are a natural extension of our site development work. 3-A Construction, LLC regularly removes old, damaged, or abandoned manufactured homes, tears down outbuildings and sheds, and clears properties for new construction. With over 20 years of experience and the heavy equipment to handle any job, we complete demolition projects efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with Oregon environmental regulations.

Old manufactured home removal is one of our most requested demolition services. Many homeowners need an existing manufactured home removed before a replacement can be installed. We disconnect all utilities, remove the home in sections, demolish the old foundation, and haul all debris to licensed disposal facilities. If the home contains asbestos-containing materials, which is common in older manufactured homes, we coordinate with licensed abatement professionals to ensure safe and legal handling.

Outbuilding demolition covers the full range of structures property owners need removed — old garages, barns, sheds, decks, concrete slabs, fencing, and any other structures that need to come down. We assess each structure for hazardous materials, develop a demolition plan, execute the teardown with appropriate equipment, and haul all debris off site. We also handle concrete breaking and removal for old foundations, driveways, and slabs.

Site clearing goes beyond individual structure removal to encompass the complete cleanup of a property. This includes demolition of all unwanted structures, removal of debris and accumulated junk, tree and brush clearing, and grading to leave a clean, level site. For properties where we are also handling new construction, site clearing and demolition are integrated into the overall project plan for maximum efficiency.

Every demolition project is executed with attention to safety and environmental responsibility. We obtain all required demolition permits, coordinate utility disconnections with service providers, manage hazardous material concerns, and dispose of debris at licensed facilities. Materials that can be recycled, such as metal and concrete, are separated and sent to appropriate recycling centers.
