In 2005, Jesus Andrade founded 3-A Construction, L.L.C. with a straightforward vision: provide Oregon homeowners with a single, reliable contractor who could handle every aspect of manufactured and modular home installation from start to finish. What began as a small operation has grown into one of the state's most trusted construction companies.

Over the past 20 years, we have completed more than 2000+ projects across Oregon's Willamette Valley and beyond. From site evaluation and permit coordination to foundation work, utility connections, and final inspections, our crew manages every detail so our clients never have to juggle multiple contractors or worry about scheduling conflicts.
