Washington County sits west of Portland and is one of the fastest-growing counties in Oregon. While much of the county is suburban, there are significant rural areas in the western and southern portions around North Plains, Banks, Gaston, and the Chehalem Mountains where manufactured homes and site development services are in high demand. 3-A Construction, LLC serves property owners throughout the county, with most job sites about 60 to 80 minutes from our Jefferson headquarters.

Washington County's Land Use and Transportation Department handles permits for unincorporated areas, while cities like Hillsboro, Beaverton, Tigard, and Sherwood maintain their own planning offices.
