Marion County is where 3-A Construction, LLC began and where we have completed more projects than anywhere else in Oregon. From our headquarters at 1690 Harvey St SE in Jefferson, we serve communities throughout the county including Salem, Keizer, Woodburn, Silverton, Stayton, Aumsville, Turner, and Sublimity. The Willamette Valley floor that makes up much of Marion County features a mix of agricultural land, established rural residential parcels, and growing suburban developments that keep our crews busy year-round.

As the county that contains Oregon's state capital, Marion County has a well-organized permitting process through both the city jurisdictions and the Marion County Planning Division. We have deep working relationships with local planning and building departments, which means fewer delays and smoother approvals for our clients.
