Polk County

Polk County occupies the western side of the mid-Willamette Valley, stretching from the Willamette River west into the Coast Range foothills. 3-A Construction, LLC serves communities throughout the county including Dallas, Monmouth, Independence, Falls City, and the many rural properties along the valley's western edge. The drive from our Jefferson headquarters to Dallas takes about 25 minutes, so our crews are on-site quickly for consultations and project work.

Polk County's Community Development Department handles planning and building permits for unincorporated areas. The county has seen steady growth in both residential development and manufactured home placement on rural parcels, particularly along the Highway 99W corridor and in the hills west of Dallas. We coordinate permits, site plans, and inspections with both county and city offices to keep projects moving on schedule.
